The hand-making of customized shoes is a complex and time-consuming process, which is why customers usually make associations with days of waiting. We offer free standard shipping on all orders. At this time, Denel's only ships to customers within the United States of America, Canada, UK, Europe, Japan and Australia.

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. Please note, all orders received after 4:00pm EST will ship within following business days.

Shipment is processed by courier service to the destination address specified by the customer.

We accept claims for defective or damaged shoes within 30 days as of the date of their receipt and we shall bear the cost of shipment for returns and replacements.

If the shoes do not fit your size, you are entitled to a single free replacement. To do this, you should contact us not later than 14 days as of the date of receiving the shoes that you want to replace.
